Shifting from Lack to Love

As Valentine’s Day approaches, I am sure many of you goddesses have a wide range of thoughts and emotions that come to the surface. For us single ladies, it usually doesn’t feel so good. On a typical V-Day we are usually thinking about what we are lacking (i.e. love, a boyfriend or husband, companionship, happiness). Then, that feeling of lack begins to trigger negative emotions inside of us like sadness, depression, anger, self-loathing, and resentment.
